 The Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust Board has stated that, as from 1st April, all consultant cover will be withdrawn – in effect downgrading Solihull’s maternity services.
Maggie won’t give up on the fight to protect our hospital services here in Solihull. The fear is that these changes are just the start – so many have campaigned to save the hospital and the A&E Department some years ago, we cannot let this happen now.
Working in the NHS for a number of years Maggie understands that the only option for Solihull mums is to reintroduce paediatrics for our hospital.
