Help me to best represent your views!
Nine years ago, I successfully campaigned alongside local residents living in Sandiacre and Risley to stop fast food giant McDonalds from opening a new drive-through outlet on Bostocks Lane.
Although this should have been the end of the story, I have recently been made aware of a new Planning Application that has been submitted to Erewash Borough Council by Northern Star Assets Ltd (on behalf of Broadgrove Planning & Development Ltd.) for the same site.
The Developers are seeking permission to construct two separate units which will then house a Starbucks and a Greggs drive-through. It is prosed that these outlets will operate each day between 06:00 and 23:00 and will be advertised by an illuminated totem pole signage.

So that I can properly represent the views of residents living close to the site, I am asking for your comments on the proposals and whether or not you think it will be good for the area.
