On Friday 18th March 2016 I will be hosting my first Erewash Jobs and Communities Fair between 10am and 4pm, in marquees on Ilkeston Market Place.
This event will bring together a range of local businesses and organisations who will be offering:
- Job Vacancies
- Apprenticeship Opportunities
- Training and Skills Courses
- Benefits Advice
- Volunteering Opportunities
- Support Groups
- Health and Wellbeing Advice
To help residents to attend the event, I have teamed up with Trent Barton to offer a special half price Zig-Zag ticket, which will be redeemable using a special voucher. These vouchers will shortly be available in both town halls as well as Ilkeston and Long Eaton Jobcentres and local shops. It can also be downloaded below.
Everyone is welcome, whether you are a job seeker, a resident needing help and advice or simply someone looking for a new volunteering opportunity.
