Maggie Throup, Member of Parliament for Erewash, is encouraging Erewash students to design a poster for the King’s Coronation.
Schools across the UK are being invited to get their students to create a poster around one or more key themes of – community, diversity, sustainability and youth.
Schools are also encouraged to send student submissions to Maggie’s Community Office.
Maggie commented:
“I know everyone across Erewash is excited for the King’s Coronation, but today I am encouraging every school in Erewash to get their students to design a poster for the King’s Coronation.
“Over the Coronation weekend, selected student entries will be displayed on large digital posters across the country, such as bus shelters, and will be viewed by thousands of people every day.
“The submission for poster deadlines is 30 April 2023. If your school is interest in taking part in this competition, please visit https://coronationgeneration.org/.
“I’d also appreciate it if copies of all the posters could be sent to my Community Office where I will display them with pride.”
Schools are encouraged to send submissions to Maggie’s Community Office:
