Derbyshire County Council have introduced £1.50 single fares for 11 – 19-year-olds across Derbyshire and Derby. This is great news for young people in Erewash who frequently use the bus.
Young people will need a b_line card to be able to receive the discounted fare. The b_line card is a cut-price travel discount card for those aged 11 to 19.
A b_line card will provide young people with a discounted single fare on most local buses services that start or end in Derbyshire, however, there are some exceptions. B_line cards cannot be used on long distance coaches, tour buses or on TrentBarton services.
